Sept. 20’th – Our internet began acting funny. The connection would come in and out rapidly, and disconnect a LOT. Usually it was only my compy that did this, but suddenly even our main computer started dropping out.
Later on, Dad told us that he was going to have someone come in and look at it. I went on to Neo/Ragnarok and told everyone that we were breaking down. -__-;
Sept. 21’st – The internet died completely. ((Omigosh! There’s
nothing to do at my house after 11:00 when the internet’s gone. @__@ ))
Sept. 24’th – Had a cable guy come in and look at it. He said our Router was just bad. We paid him $40 dollars to spend 5 minutes coming to that conclusion.
Sept. 25’th – Worked
wonderfully! Not even my computer was dropping out anymore.
Sept. 27’th – Had a HUGE (majorly-freaky) thunderstorm that night. Lost all our power.
Sept. 28’th – Found out that the thunderstorm knocked out our modem. My dad later realized that the modem was not completely wreaked.
Sept. 29’th – Bought a new modem. Didn’t work. Yucky directions.
Blank time in between – …..myooooooo.
Oct. 1’st – The cable guy came back in
again to hook up the modem. Everything was working, but (according to him) all of the internet in the state of Illinois went out. (…I’ve never even heard of that happening before.
Didn’t know it was possible )) Sat watching Invader Zim/Inuyasha/Simpsons DVDs with my siblings all afternoon. >.o
DOES GOD NOT WANT ME TO HAVE ACESS TO THE INTERNET???!?!*foams*!!
…so yeah. That’s where I’ve been for the last 2 weeks. I’m not sure where our internet connection’s going from here, but I hope it’s going to be okay soon. O.o I missed ‘juu all lots. *snivel* But at least having all this extra free time has given me a chance to get a lot of pictures done. Yay. Now I’m kinda’ sick of drawing/CGing though. It’s basically what I’ve been doing all this time. e__e; I’ll upload some junk later.
